Streamlining Resource Coordination for Better Impact

 

The company is currently developing a Partnership Performance Management Tool for the Government of Sierra Leone. Building on an existing Partnership Mapping Tool, the Partnership Performance Management Tool will enable the Government of Sierra Leone to monitor the performance and impact of each NGO in the country.

Strategy and Policy Support

 

The company’s experience includes providing strategic advice to The International Rescue Committee and the Ebola Response Consortium. 4M Solutions’ proficiency also includes pharmaceutical registration and distribution of misoprostol for the improvement of maternal health outcomes in Sierra Leone and also in Liberia. 4M Solutions’ staff capacity has supported national policy outcomes in Sierra Leone. This includes facilitating the inclusion of Misoprostol on the Essential Medicines List (EML) and enabling the combination regime of Misoprostol and Mifepristone on the National Treatment Pathway for Post Abortion Care
