Scale-up and operational management of the Kindoya Private Hospital in Bo. 4M Solution’s input in Kindoya Hospital increased the hospital service quality and responsiveness by allowing over 1000 surgical and obstetric cases to be managed with astounding outcomes.

Streamlining Resource Coordination for Better Impact

The company is currently developing a Partnership Performance Management Tool for the Government of Sierra Leone. Building on an existing Partnership Mapping Tool, the Partnership Performance Management Tool will enable the Government of Sierra Leone to monitor the performance and impact of each NGO in the country.
